I’m taking today off to spend with these guys. . .
Hope you had a lovely weekend! xo
4 years ago today I married the love of my life…
We’re celebrating the whole week, and throughout the weekend (that’s just how we do things). Tonight we’re getting on this:
and going here:
Have a wonderful Wednesday! See you tomorrow! xo
Friday
~devoid of productivity, but full of inspiration~
Some days are just not made for working.
It all started with breakfast here (Spanish Lattes with Nico spinning on vinyl makes for a good morning);
then shipped out orders,
got lost in books (currently deep into The Paris Wife),
bought these (they’re even cooler in hand),

had happy hour blood orange margaritas with my oldest/bestest friend here,
an evening out with the monkeys,
and now time for wine and friends.
Hope you all have an amazing weekend! xo
For those of you in Louisville, come visit us Saturday at the Butchertown Art Fair! We’ll be there 10 – 7 and would love for you to stop by and say hi! There will be new, specialty pieces (and some Butchertown pigs in need of homes)! Hope to see you! xo
Stopping in here to wish you all Happy Holidays! I’m taking a little, much needed break for the next week or so. This holiday season has taken an emotional toll on me, trying to make it through my first Christmas without my mom. So, I’m going to try to use this time off to refresh myself a bit, and come back in the new year with some changes around here – a new site, new designs, some sprucing up. Until then, be well, my friends, and have a wonderful New Year! xoox
For anyone who hasn’t seen it, check out the design*sponge feature on our garlands {here}! The Bird for Bread Studio family is so excited!
And have a really fabulous weekend!! xo
I recently joined Pinterest, and have been spending an inordinate amount of time there this week…I just can’t help myself! (You can check out my boards or follow me here. Beware. It’s addictive.)
Aside from pinning this weekend, I’ll be soaking up the lovely weather outside with the kids, and celebrating Martin’s birthday with a little excursion down to Nashville for the Ray LaMontagne/David Gray concert! See you next week! Have a wonderful weekend! xo
I am so honored to be included in this beautiful etsy treasury today – such an amazing collection of artists!
These are our new friends, who have set up home in the wisteria on our pergola. They sit side-by-side all day right above the hammock and let us get ridiculously close to them. Every now and then the male flies off and brings back food for his little lady. I love that they feel safe in our little backyard sanctuary. So sweet.
I’m taking today off to spend with my wonderful husband, and I’ll see you back here next week! Have a fabulous weekend! xo
